1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Fixrite Maintenance Services LLC (“Service Provider”, “We”, “Us”) and the customer (“Customer”, “You”) regarding the provision of home maintenance services. By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

We provide home maintenance services primarily within the Emirates of Dubai and Sharjah. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• A/C Repair and Maintenance
• Plumbing and Electrical Works
• Carpentry
• Solar Water Heater Maintenance
• Water Storage Tank Cleaning
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

Exclusions: We reserve the right to refuse services that require specialized industrial permits, structural modifications, or pose a safety risk to our personnel.

3. Booking and Appointments

• Booking: Appointments can be made via our website or by telephone.
• Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate address details and a clear description of the problem.
• Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message (SMS/Email) from us.

4. Payment Methods

• Currency: All estimates and payments are in UAE Dirhams (AED).
• Accepted Methods:
  • On-site Payment: Cash, Cheque, or Credit/Debit Card (via portable POS machine) collected immediately upon completion of the job.
  • Online Payment: Secure online payment links or gateway options (if applicable).
• Payment Terms: Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the service. For AMC customers, payment schedules are defined in the specific AMC agreement.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Notice Period: You may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled time.
• Cancellation Penalty: If you cancel with less than 4 hours’ notice, or if our technician arrives and is unable to gain access or you cancel on-site, a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the estimated order value will be charged. If an advance payment was made, this amount will be deducted before any refund.

6. Warranty
